Soirée métal à l’Olympia avec Uriah Heep + Blue Öyster Cult.

Blue Öyster Cult fait l'objet d'un compte-rendu séparé. Je me consacre ici au live report du show de Uriah Heep.

Uriah Heep n'avait pas fait de concert à Paris depuis 1985. Leur dernier album "Wake the Sleeper" est une telle merveille que je suis allé voir le groupe en Allemagne l'année dernière, n'espérant plus les voir en France. Et bien les voici enfin en France. Et ils jouent leur dernier album. Je suis bien content.

Dès l'ouverture du show le public est conquis : tout le monde debout! L'ensemble du concert est superbe, proche de la perfection. Son, ambiance (bonne), contact avec le public, excellents musiciens.

Une grosse claque.

Blue Öyster Cult is the subject of a separate report. I'm focusing here on the show of Uriah Heep.

Uriah Heep had not been alive in Paris since 1985. Their latest album "Wake The Sleeper" is such a wonder that I went to see them in Germany last year. Well here they are finally in France. And tonight they play their last album. I'm happy.

The entire concert is superb, close to perfection. Good sound, good feeling, excellent musicians.

A big slap in my face.
